ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Environmental protection

I. Do not harm the ecological environment

Moso bamboo is a renewable resource; after harvesting, it regrows rapidly during the rainy season—especially in spring—and has a short growth cycle of just 3 to 5 years. Prolonged neglect of harvesting can, in fact, lead to the decline and death of entire bamboo forests. Therefore, sustainable harvesting not only avoids harming the ecosystem but also promotes the regeneration of bamboo resources.

II. Protective Effects of Moso Bamboo

Moso bamboo boasts an exceptionally extensive root system, with rhizomes that spread widely and lush foliage, effectively stabilizing the soil and preventing erosion caused by water runoff. Particularly in Asia, its rhizomes are widely utilized as protective vegetation along riverbanks, mountain slopes, and roadsides.
