Zhenghua Bamboo and Wood Products Co., Ltd. has commenced the expansion of its factory premises, with a groundbreaking ceremony held on the morning of November 14, laying solid groundwork for the company’s planned public listing. The project is located in Tea Farm District No. 5, Wuyishan City, covering a total land area of 6,533.50 square meters. Upon completion, it will serve as a multi‑story headquarters complex for Zhenghua Bamboo and Wood Products Co., Ltd., featuring four floors (with some sections extending to three floors) and a reinforced concrete frame structure. The site occupies 2,744.07 square meters, while the overall planned land use spans 6,533.50 square meters. The total floor area amounts to 9,691.08 square meters, including 9,146.08 square meters above ground and 544.18 square meters underground. The development provides six parking spaces, with a building density of 42%, a green space ratio of 20%, and a floor area ratio of 1.4%. The architectural design adopts a contemporary Chinese style, balancing industrial efficiency and simplicity with aesthetic appeal to highlight the distinctive character of a headquarters‑based economy. Wuyishan Zhenghua Bamboo and Wood Products Co., Ltd. is an export‑oriented enterprise specializing in the precision processing of tableware and related products. Its main offerings include over 200 varieties of edible bamboo skewers in various specifications and models, along with more than 150 sets of advanced equipment for the fine processing, sorting, and sterilization of bamboo products. In 2014 and 2015, the company paid taxes totaling RMB 3.159 million and RMB 3.20 million, respectively, achieved production values of RMB 120 million and RMB 190 million, recorded annual sales revenues exceeding RMB 80 million for two consecutive years, generated foreign exchange earnings of over USD 9 million through exports, and provided employment for nearly 300 people. In 2015, the company was designated by our city as a prospective candidate for an IPO.
