Therefore, bamboo kitchen utensils will basically not cause a shortage of resources, and can also reduce the demand for wood resources to a certain extent. According to the data, among the bamboo tableware in my country, disposable bamboo products accounted for the largest proportion, reaching 36%, followed by chopsticks, accounting for 28%; bamboo cutting boards accounted for 11%.
